Privacy

We take the privacy of customer details submitted via our website extremely seriously.

DATA PROTECTION
All data provided by customers via our website is stored on a 128-bit SSL server. Email addresses provided may be used to inform customers of new products and promotions. We promise not to send more than an average of one email newsletter a month. We may also send our latest catalogue to physical addresses provided, up to a maximum of twice a year. Occasionally we may also write to customers with news or special offers. By supplying us with your contact details you confirm that you do not consider use of this information to be a breach of your rights under the Telecommunications (Data Protection and Privacy) Regulations 1999.

DATA COLLECTION
In addition to contact details submitted when ordering we also collate information relating to visits to our website, such as pages visited and time spent on the website. This data is retained for statistical analysis and these records do not contain any personal details of customers. Our website also uses cookies to increase the speed at which web pages download onto your computer as well as to recognize return visitors. A cookie is a piece of information stored on the hard drive of a computer by the browser. In this way, customers returning to place a new order may find that the contact information fields are still completed from their last visit (if made from the same computer). Customers can delete cookies from their computer should they wish to, which we would recommend for users of shared computers.

THIRD PARTIES
We do not pass on customer details to any third parties whatsoever. You can therefore feel confident when placing an order or simply requesting a catalogue or email newsletter, that your personal information will not be sold or rented to any other business or organization.
